Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Safeguard Luxury Transportation (SLT), we understand that travel plans can change. However, to maintain our commitment, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Cancellation Window

More than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees, if applicable).

Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are 100% non-refundable. This includes "No-Shows" and instances where the chauffeur has already been dispatched.
2. No-Show & Wait Time Policy

Airport Arrivals: We provide a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for FBO/Private arrivals from the time of touchdown (tracked via real-time flight monitoring).

Point-to-Point/Villa Transfers: A complimentary grace period of 15 minutes is provided.

No-Show: If the guest cannot be reached or fails to appear within the grace period without prior notification, the reservation will be marked as a "No-Show" and charged at the full rate.
3. Flight Delays & Diverted Flights
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time at no additional cost. If a flight is diverted or cancelled by the airline, please contact us immediately. Should you need to adjust your pick up due to flight cancellation, please contact us immediately so we can arrange your pickup with your new flight details.
4. Booking Modifications
Changes to your itinerary (e.g., pickup time, or destination) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, they are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Vehicle Damage & Conduct

Damage: Any physical damage to the vehicle caused by the guest or their party (e.g., spills, interior damage, or excessive cleaning requirements) will result in a minimum cleaning/repair fee of $150, or the actual cost of restoration.

Conduct: SLT reserves the right to terminate service without a refund if a guest’s behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or abusive toward the chauffeur.
6. No-Smoking & Vaping Policy

Strict Prohibiton: For the health and comfort of our guests and the preservation of our luxury interiors, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all SLT vehicles.

Cleaning Fee: If a guest or member of their party violates this policy, a minimum $150 Deep Cleaning & Deodorizing Fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

Service Termination: The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without a refund if the no-smoking policy is disregarded after a verbal warning.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
